This button will take you to another website such as Rental Express specifically linked to apply for this property. If you do not see this button and have been asked to apply, this link will work. There is an application fee. This fee covers some of the tenant screening process which includes credit checks, background checks, rental history, employment history, etc. It helps to speed up the process and can be convenient for the tenant. The fee is $40. The landlord reserves the right to perform additional checks to ensure that the tenant is qualified.

I do not want to apply online. Can I fill out a paper application?
Yes. It is a slower process and I charge an application fee to cover cost of processing the application through my online provider. The fee is $75. This is a far more detailed background check. Call and ask for an application if you are interested.
You require Security Deposit Insurance and Renters Insurance. How do I satisfy this requirement?
Security Deposit Insurance replaces the security deposit which is more affordable and protects both the tenant and landlord. Security Deposit Insurance companies require a relationship with the landlord. I currently use The Guarantors. You will need to sign up and apply there. When I have an opening, I will put up a button just below the Apply Now button. The price is based upon the coverage requirements, your credit history, rental history, and other factors. Tenants who have not purchased security deposit insurance and rental insurance or do not qualify for security deposit insurance will not be accepted. Cash securities or other offers will be accepted.
